Multi-Axis Filling Solutions

Spee-Dee Multi-Axis auger fillers measure dry products into multiple packages at once. Product is delivered to the auger tooling from a common hopper. Each axis has its own servo motor to allow separate set up and to enable individual adjustment to compensate for head pressure variations. This keeps all lanes dispensing equally, and individual lanes can be inhibited for missing packages (no container/no fill). These fillers can easily interface with stick pack VFFS machines, multi-lane cup machines and conveyor lines. Custom center lines are available.
